Cancellation Policy

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

House Rules

• Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.
• Guests are expected to follow the rules, and can be removed from the premises if they cause issues.
• Pets allowed – Dogs – *Prior approval is needed. Certain breeds are excluded based on our insurance policy.
• Maximum number of pets: 2
• Quiet house: M-F 9:00 pm-8:00am, Sat-Sun 10:00pm-8:00am
• Check-in Window: 4:00pm-9:00pm
• Checkout Time: 10:00am
• Number of Guests: 8 - Any Age

Additional Rules

Chelan County has quiet Hours from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends and 9 PM on weekdays. Please do not use the hot tub after 10pm. Guests are expected to be aware and respectful of neighboring homes at all times of the day. Per Chelan County regulations for our home, 4 cars maximum at all times. 8 persons maximum. We require guests to sign our rental contract which will be provided to you after booking. If you are uncomfortable and wish to see the contract before booking, we are happy to send a copy to you if you provide an exterior email. We have used the same contract with our guests since 2018 and have never had any concerns raised. This contract is required by our insurance carrier

NO PARTIES - This is not a party house. No bachelor/bachelorette parties. The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental, all other guests must be over the age of 21 or accompanied by a guardian. Any special occasions such as receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on occupant list) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner's advanced written approval. Adults cannot rent the property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

Dog Rules

We do have a couple requirements in order to bring dogs that I like to go over before accepting the reservation.

The first is we have a $75 non-refundable pet fee.

The second is that we do NOT allow dogs on the furniture or beds.

The third (required by our insurance) is that we require the dog's owner to provide a copy of their current homeowner's declaration page (if they own their home) or a copy of their renters insurance. (This shows that you have personal liability in the rare event that your dog were to harm a neighbor or their pet. It is a default under personal liability that most people don't realize they have).

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Due to insurance liability restrictions, we are not able to take Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid, or any dog that is a mix that includes one of these breeds.

• Smart lock -- You will receive a code to provide you access to the home. This code will be included in your Welcome letter which is sent out a week prior to your visit.
