Our group had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday at this gorgeous home! Lots of space for everyone and incredible views from every floor! Huge kitchen with everything we\ncould possibly need to cook for our group but also able to walk into town and take advantage of restaurants and tasting rooms in Manson. Would highly recommend this home!!

Had a wonderful time with my close friends on our spouses for my birthday getaway. This house was big enough for all of 7 of us adults and there was still plenty of room to spread out if we wanted to. It was much too cold to enjoy the jacuzzi, fire table on the patio, and upstairs outaide balcony even though we wouldn't have used the jacuzzi after realizing there really wasn't not enough privacy for me and girl friends preferences. The jacuzzi is right next to the see through fencing on the street across from neighboring houses.\nThe owner, Carol, left us a sweet welcome basket with yummy goodies, we only ate the fudge lol. The house is stocked with practically everything you could think you would need while away on a vacation. We would consider staying here again but in the summer to get to fully enjoy the house and what it offers.

Carol, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. Her home was one of the cleanest and most well-stocked VRBO homes our family has ever stayed in. She had some very special surprise touches for us, as well! Great location and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather. I cannot recommend this house enough. I've never stayed in such a well-appointed rental. Carol thought of everything! And the location? An easy walk to downtown Manson, the lake, Wapato Point, etc. and don't forget the view from every room in the house. Just incredible.\n\nWe did not have any trouble with the strict Chelan County rules (no hot tub after 10p and keeping our cars in the garage/driveway only). Carol was very upfront about everything and we didn't have any issues!\n\nI would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Vista Azul at the end of July with my husband and young children as well as my two sisters and their families. We had a blast! Below are the pros and cons of the property that we experienced.\n\nPROS:\n- We were immediately pleased to find the house spacious, beautiful, and clean.\n- Gorgeous view through many large windows!\n-Outdoor space is large and well kept. The gardens were in bloom. We brought a kiddy pool that fit nicely in the yard.\n- Excellent attention to detail with ammenities. The kids enjoyed a play room to unwind with Legos, magnatiles, and Linkin logs. The kitchen was well stocked; we cooked many meals and had all we needed.\n- The house is a short walk from the Manson Marina. I wish I had brought a stroller, but even without one, we found it doable with little ones.\n- Carol was very attentive. She helped us to recover a clothing article that would have been lost after checkout.\n\nCONS:\n- Air conditioning was a problem. We visited through likely the hottest week of the summer (Temp highs around 106). Upon arrival, we found the third floor sleeping area was significantly hotter than the rest of the house. At that point, the main floor was cool and comfortable. However, by the second night, the AC went out and the entire house became very hot. The third floor where my family slept was easily 90+ degrees. We decided to open windows and run fans (found in the house) as the outdoor air was cooler. The next morning, the host promptly sent someone to change the air filter, but that didn't solve the problem. My husband communicated with Carol's husband, Dave, and was frustrated by his insistence that the AC wouldn't work because we opened windows - we had not opened windows until after it was clear that the unit was not properly working, and my husband sent him video of the fan not spinning when the unit was on. The first two floors were around 80 degrees although the thermostat was set to 70. The next day, Dave did send someone to inspect the unit again, and afterward stated that the fan motor needed to be replaced and he had ordered a new one. Later, he personally delivered an ice cream gift card. The hosts worked hard to solve the problem, but the communication process was painful on this particular point.\n- Many rules regarding parking and quiet hours. It was made clear that we couldn't go on the patio to use the the fire pit or hot tub after 10pm, which largely negated it's purpose.

It was an absolutely beautiful, very clean property and more than adequate size for the 8 of us. The fenced yard was a definite plus with a small child and dog. We had a great time on the trip. My husband and I have been coming to the Lake Chelan/Manson for years and we decided we wanted to show our friends one of our favorite places. Our group had 3 couples and two individuals + a dog and the house had perfect balance of privacy while also offering great common spaces for group meals and game nights. The outside space was a great with a fully fenced yard, hot tub, and fire table. A short walk into downtown Manson, the location itself was perfect as well. \n\nCarol was extremely responsive and provided amazing accommodations including early check-in, a gift basket, and even a doggy gift basket with a brand new toy and treats! The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly every gadget you could think of and it made cooking group dinners a breeze.\n\nWe would absolutely rent again - I think we found our new favorite rental in Manson!

We go on an annual NYE trip every year with two other families and everyone agreed this was the best place we've stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything, from a basket of dog towels near the front door to kids' stools for the kitchen to a welcome basket full of local wine and honey! The property manager was on top of all communications and available to answer questions or give us info about the area. They were even thoughtful enough to give us a heads up about a snowstorm coming through on the day we were set to leave. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends and family.

We were 4 guys on our annual summer golf trip at Chelan. This Manson house was perfect for our needs. A later September visit gave us great mid-70s temperatures and a quiet town to enjoy along with a perfect and beautifully equipped house. The outdoor patio with grill, heater and hot tub provided a wonderful outdoor complement to the very comfortable interior.

We had an extremely great stay at Vista Azul. Carol did a phenomenal job getting us acquainted with the property. There was a significant amount of extras in this property: a welcome basked with wine/popcorn, a lot of kitchen utensils/plates/cups, a Keurig machine, and other small things you wouldn't think of (outdoor games/toys, board games, dvds/streaming services). We especially loved the shuffle board as the was the main attraction in our group. The outdoor area was great for our kids to play basketball and the hot tub was a great way to relax in the evenings. The house layout was a little bit funky but it's probably due to the age of the house. Though the interior looked like it had a recent remodel with new wood floors and modern night stands and televisions, so the house didn't feel aged at all. The main floor has the living room and kitchen/dinning, the second had the another living room (great for the kids) and two other rooms with king beds, and the third floor had two rooms (one with four single beds and toys, and a queen bed). We also had a minor incident where one of our boys broke something and Carol was very understanding and told us not to worry about it.\nOverall this place is great and the host is extremely welcoming and responsive. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we are in Chelan.

We loved everything about this house! The owners have thought of everything, and provide the most amenities I’ve ever seen at ANY Vrbo!!! From the welcome basket with ALL THE GOODIES, with winery/area info provided, and the s’mores bucket, we instantly felt at home! The beds are so comfortable and the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with items and spices. The coffee bar setup is too cute and very accommodating! Location wise it’s awesome for walking to The main strip in Manson or the marina to jump on a boat! There was only 4 of us, 2 couples staying, but we want to come back and bring our kiddos! The house is very accommodating to all ages. Carol the owner is wonderful about communication and very kind. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Chelan/Manson!

Location is great! Just a short walk to the town of Mason (even our 2 and 4 year old could walk there and back). Boat rentals were also there. The house was clean, very well-stocked, and great for families (our 2 year old slept amazingly well in the infant crib/changing area right in the third floor bedroom). There were books and toys and games for the kids to play with, which they thoroughly enjoyed! And the shuffleboard table was a hit too. The only drawback to the layout of the house is that the 3rd floor bathroom has no shower/bath, so there was a lot of walking up and down the stairs with kids to bathe. The hot tub was also very relaxing. Carol was very responsive to any questions/issues. Overall, wonderful stay and we would definitely love to stay again!

Fantastic home, big enough for our large group with ages 68-2. Lots for the kids to stay busy, and easy to cook in the kitchen that was very well-stocked. Views from all rooms in the house. We walked to the lake park and rented a pontoon boat three days, so easy and fun. Loves the fire table for s’mores, the shuffleboard table for family tournaments, great grill, and cozy couches and HUGE family table. Very comfortable beds, good AC, large garage. Carol was so nice and very responsive with any questions.

We chose Carol and Dave’s home because of the great reviews and amazing views and we were not disappointed! The home is larger than pictures can show and comfortably fit our whole party, 6 adults and 5 children. There are 2 king bedrooms on the 2nd floor, which fit the two families with smaller children, and 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor, which is where our mother and grandmother stayed in the queen bedroom, and our older children in the 4-bed room. We enjoyed making our meals in the spacious kitchen and found every amenity we needed, which was wonderful! When we had an issue with the toilet seat on the 2nd floor bathroom, Carol and Dave responded immediately and fixed the issue right away. The patio area had amazing views of the lake and the kids enjoyed the grassy section of the yard. The patio area is cement/stone, so it was hard for our little ones 2 years and under to play, but we were able to keep them corralled in the grass. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to making more memories at Carol and Dave’s home in the future. Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home :)

Very well equipped kitchen, couldn't think of one thing missing :).\nVery comfortable house, nice decor, with areas for the teens and the adults. We were a party of 10. I brought a small dog, nice secured area for him to go outside and nice seating areas outside for day/night. Overall very positive experience, beautiful views, just a stroll to the bay park. Leading up to rental dates Carol was wonderful about answering any questions we had and was very communicative. On the day of she texted to let us know we could check in (early) and once we did check in, she texted to ensure everything went smoothly. Upon arrival we found a beautiful care package with wine, snacks and even a care package of our dog Miles. Carol also left us a card and a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The house had literally anything you can ever need or think of, so much thought went into making this rental amazing. We had 5 children with us including 2 babies. The house had all the amenities to keep the kids at all ages entertained. Her rental was spotless and honestly the best rental we have ever stayed at. The house is about 1/2 mile to downtown Manson so we walked into town for wine tastings and meals. Carol was amazing through out our entire stay and we will definitely be returning!

This was the perfect spot for a family get together with kids, parents, and grandparents. Our toddlers had a blast running around in the yard, playing with different toys, and reading new books. Each kiddo (2 toddlers) had their own sleeping nook, which let the parents relax and enjoy a variety of games and the hot tub with the \"older\" family members after bedtime. It was nice to be able to walk down into Manson and enjoy a few wineries, cider places, and eateries in addition to gorgeous views of the lake and mountains from the water side park. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the house, location close to Manson, and the view. The main floor is open and a great gathering space. We had lots of fun playing shuffleboard. The beds were super comfortable. One bedroom is through the upstairs laundry room, which is kinda strange. Also, the carpet needs to be replaced.

I rented this house for my girlfriend and I and 8 of our friends over 4th of July weekend. We could not have been more satisfied with the house, location and rental experience. The house was huge (pictures do not do it justice). The place was clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed for prep of large meals and a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with Christina was easy and she was very responsive. \n\nThe location was also excellent. It is within an easy walking distance of Manson center and waterfront. The 4th of July fireworks were an excellent surprise as we were able to catch a terrific show directly from the patio. \n\nWe'll be back. Highly recommend to others.

This home was wonderful! From the start I knew it was going to be great because Christina was so responsive. We chose this home because of the size and the ability to bring dogs. The house has a good sized fenced yard perfect for dogs and little kids. There was a basketball hoop that was a huge hit with my son. The house is beautiful and the views of the bay are breathtaking. There are two large bedrooms on the second floor, and a kids room (4 twin beds) and a queen bedroom with a full nursery set up on the third floor. The living area on the main floor is perfect for entertaining and cooking for a large family. The amenities at this house were nice too! There was a shuffle board, kids toys, lots of board games, and a hot tub. The home is located down the block from downtown Manson and is an easy walk to restaurants, tasting rooms, and the marina.

We stayed in this home during the week of Christmas with our family of 8. The home was as described, clean, and perfect for our family. It had almost everything we needed and Christina was great about wanting to know what it was missing so she can add things for future guests. If you have specific items you need while there check with her prior to arrival to see what is there. For example there is a crock pot so I was able to leave mine home. We had one issue which was very minor and that was that the unused alarm system started beeping randomly. Christina was quick to respond to my call and I was able to fix the problem myself and get it to stop, Had it continued to beep she said she would get someone to come out to look at it. She stated in her check in instructions that she has someone to shovel when it snows and someone who maintains the hot tub weekly. This is the truth. It snowed while we were there and although her normal person who shovels was unavailable due to an injury, she had a backup person ready to go. We also saw the person come to check the hot tub. My favorite part of the house (besides the view) is how large and open the main floor is. The kitchen is spacious and everyone can hang out together while meals are being prepared. There is also a nice family room upstairs if people want to break away for a quieter space to watch movies etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from her again.

Lovely home! Clean and well stocked, exactly as described! Christina the home owner was amazing in accommodating everything from beginning to end! Shuffleboard, basketball, and hot tub were a hit with the kids! Everything from resteraunts to beach very close! Rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon just down street on beach! And of course slidewaters one day! Our stay was a hit with the kids! Loved private deck off of master on second floor!
