Two bedrooms with Tuft & Needle memory foam King beds are also located on the second floor as well as a as well as a desk with a 26"monitor (for your use). In addition, there is a large laundry room, full bathroom and covered deck. Enjoy eating breakfast on the covered deck at the outdoor dining set while taking in the glorious view.
Everyone will be fighting over the third floor bedroom which includes a Tuft & Needle queen bed that boasts the best views in the home. This bedroom also features a full sized crib in it's own small room. The third floor also includes the quad room with 4 twin beds and a sitting area/play area for the kids. With over 400 SF of space in the twin room alone there is plenty of room for everyone.
The home also features a garage and a patio with a gas grill, gas fire table, basketball hoop and a hot tub.
Please note, there are two small sets of stairs to get to the front door and it is a three story home and thus there are two sets of stairs inside the home. All those stairs allow for views from every floor!
There is parking for 4 vehicles on site. Guests are not allowed to park in front of neighboring homes nor on the gravel in front of our home. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed at any time. 2 of those will need to be in the garage, and 2 in the driveway.
